Apple Standard Licensed Application EULA
By downloading, installing, or using Zen Teleprompter, you agree to be bound by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Supplemental Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") supplement the Apple EULA and govern your relationship with us regarding the Zen Teleprompter mobile application. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The App provides teleprompter scripting tools, optional recording features, optional iCloud sync for your scripts, and optional subscription features as described in the App Store listing.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must comply with applicable laws and App Store rules. Features tied to Apple ID, iCloud, or In-App Purchase follow Apple's applicable terms.
3. Your content
You retain rights to scripts and recordings you create. You are solely responsible for your content and for obtaining any rights needed for text, media, or performances you capture. Do not use the App for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
4. Subscription and billing
Paid plans, if offered, are billed by Apple as an auto-renewing subscription unless stated otherwise. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. If pricing or duration shown in the App or App Store conflicts with Apple's checkout screen, Apple's screen controls.
To subscribe, change plans, or manage billing, use Settings → Subscription in the App (processed by Apple).
5. iCloud and third-party services
Enabling iCloud sync is optional. iCloud is provided by Apple under Apple's terms and availability.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation. You are responsible for backing up important content.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us for the App or subscriptions in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars, except where law requires otherwise.
8. Changes to the App or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires different consent.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may stop providing the App or restrict access where permitted by law or App Store policies.
