Agreement
By using Zen Otto you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Zen Otto is published by Zenproducts Technologies Private Limited.
Zen Otto is not medical advice
This is the most important thing on this page. Zen Otto is a record keeping tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose anything, and it does not give medical advice.
The app shows you your own log. Separately, and on different screens, it shows published reference ranges from bodies such as the AAP and the WHO, with the publisher named on screen. It never compares the two, it never evaluates your child, and it deliberately has no growth percentiles.
Vaccination schedules shown in the app are reproduced from published sources for reference. Always confirm dates and doses with your doctor or health visitor. Nothing in this app replaces professional medical care.
Free trial, subscriptions, and the one time purchase
Zen Otto offers a three day free trial. Monthly and yearly plans are auto renewing subscriptions. The one time purchase is not a subscription and does not renew.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the free trial ends. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least twenty four hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings on your device at any time.
All purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies, and requests go to Apple rather than to us.
Your data is never held hostage. If a subscription lapses, the app locks but nothing you have logged is deleted. Everything is still there when you subscribe again.
Your data is yours
Everything you log is stored on your device. We have no copy and no access. You are responsible for your own backups, and deleting the app deletes the data on that device.
Acceptable use
Use the app for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to reverse engineer it, circumvent purchases, or redistribute it.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenproducts Technologies Private Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, and any liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top changes when they do, and continuing to use the app means accepting the updated terms.
