By accessing and using Zen Horology, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Zen Horology for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
3. Disclaimer
The materials on Zen Horology are provided on an 'as is' basis. Zen Horology makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Zen Horology or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Zen Horology.
5. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing in Zen Horology could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Zen Horology does not warrant that any of the materials on its application are accurate, complete or current.
6. Modifications
Zen Horology may revise these terms of service for its application at any time without notice. By using this application you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
7. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Zen Horology offers an optional premium subscription service called "Zen Horology Premium" that provides access to unlimited watches in your collection and all premium features.

Subscription Content
During your subscription period, you'll have access to unlimited watches in your collection, all current premium features (including unlimited watch storage, all current features, and priority support), and all future updates and enhancements we release.
Subscription Price
The subscription price is displayed within the app before purchase and may vary by region. Prices are shown in your local currency and are subject to change with notice.
Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple ID account settings and turning off auto-renewal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, and you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of that period.
Refunds
Refund requests for subscriptions are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
All subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
